In this 6 week training you will discover:
- evidence-based practices for well. being and vitality that are simple and effective
- how the breath can be used as a tool for nervous system balance
- breathing techniques for increased lung capacity
- how the breath can relieve anxiety, increase energy, and stabilize mood
You will receive a one-hour video training with four simple breathing practices you can do anytime, anywhere along with a PDF guide and research-based breath practices to support your energy and vitality throughout your life.
In addition, we will meet bi-weekly over Zoom for 6 weeks to engage in the practice, share knowledge, and receive mentorship and support.
