1. Membership Term & Renewal

• Memberships are valid for the duration specified at purchase (monthly or annual).
• Monthly memberships auto-renew unless canceled with 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
• Annual memberships require full payment upfront and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable once processed.
• Annual memberships may be transferred to another person with prior approval but are otherwise non-refundable.
• Sanctuary by the Sea reserves the right to adjust pricing with advance notice to members.

3. Space Use & Booking (Practitioner Members)

• Space rental hours must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
• Unused rental hours do not roll over to the next month.
• Members are responsible for any damages to equipment or property during their use.

4. Liability Waiver

• Members acknowledge that participation in classes, treatments, or the use of facilities (including the infrared sauna) involves some risk.
• Sanctuary by the Sea is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence.
• Members assume full responsibility for their health and safety while participating in activities at Sanctuary by the Sea.

5. Code of Conduct

• Members agree to treat the space, staff, and fellow members with respect and professionalism.
• Sanctuary by the Sea maintains a trauma-informed environment; members are expected to uphold this standard in all interactions.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of membership without refund.

6. Cancellation & Termination

• Monthly memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
• Sanctuary by the Sea reserves the right to terminate any membership for violations of these terms or for behavior that disrupts the community environment.
• If a membership is terminated by Sanctuary, no refunds will be provided for the remaining term.

7. Amendments

Sanctuary by the Sea reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or posted updates on our website.
