Jeanette Sealy, LMT, C-IAYT

Described as “a natural healer with an intuitive practice”, I have spent years discovering how to heal the schisms between the mind, body, and spirit and am on a lifelong journey to perfect this art.

My philosophy begins with the belief that the body and breath are intimately connected with the mind, and that the ancient art of yoga enhances well-being on every level.

I’ve had the privilege of assisting thousands to enhance their quality of life through a person-centered approach that addresses their unique physical, psycho-emotional and spiritual needs.

I offer a synergistic blend of ancient and modern modalities including Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Thai Massage, Acupoint Therapy, Anatomy, Neuroscience, Physiology, and Biomechanics with a strong focus on healthy aging, injury, illness, and trauma recovery.

I support women, healers, leaders, and families on their journey to health and harmony. I offer retreats, workshops, mentorship, virtual courses, couples, and individual sessions.

My journey to healing began as a result of complex childhood trauma. One of the gifts of this experience is a drive for meaning and a deep and boundless compassion. It was an initiation into another world. A world of transformation, truth, and self-realization.  I began studying philosophy, psychology, yoga, Buddhist traditions…

I was longing to understand the meaning of life. The reason for suffering.

I entered the Air Force, traveled the world, spent almost two decades working in Long Term Care, and had the privilege of sitting at the feet of my elders. I studied, trained, and devoted my time to mothering my children and caring for others.

Eventually, I burnt out. Fast forward 10 years and I found myself sleeping 19-hour days and barely being able to care for myself, never-mind my children. I became so ill from an autoimmune flare-up that I was forced to listen to the signals my body had been sending me. I quit my job, dove more deeply into practice than I ever had before, and devoted myself to healing.

Yoga became my refuge, and Ayurveda my way back to health.

Expertise in various aspects of holistic health, including Functional nutrition, dietary theories, innovative coaching methods, personal development, behavior modification, goal-setting and more.

My journey began right out of college when I discovered my deep passion for behavior modification and its profound impact on individuals. After attending a series of transformative training sessions on behavior change and weight management organized by my employer, I realized that helping others navigate their challenges and make meaningful changes was truly where my heart and soul resided. This initial spark of inspiration fueled not only my personal growth but also my professional development in the field of wellness. From that moment on, I have dedicated my education to understanding comprehensive successful weight loss strategies, using food as fuel, managing inflammation, detoxification, and other holistic health approaches to overall wellness. My studies and experience encompass the critical role of blood sugar control in effective weight management and the role of toxins in overall well-being. I have explored the science behind various dietary approaches and their impacts on the body's metabolic processes including menopause and incorporating evidence-based practices to enhance health and support sustainable lifestyle changes. This knowledge enables me to guide clients towards achieving their individual wellness goals through informed choices and personalized strategies.

My path took a significant turn when I faced my own struggles with debilitating panic attacks. Through this incredibly challenging experience, I uncovered the profound benefits of meditation, which ultimately led me to earn certifications to teach this invaluable practice to others. I am genuinely passionate about sharing the simplicity and power of meditation with those who are seeking solace and clarity in their often chaotic lives. Around the same time, we got a phone call from the doctor. First, my husband's results came back. Then, one by one, all three of my children. Gluten allergy. This sent me down a road of research and discovery in the world of how gluten affects the body and its autoimmune issues. It has been a journey of discovering and better health for all of us. A blessing in disguise as we have learned to thrive in our gluten-free life.

With a strong and well-rounded background in holistic health, focusing on both the mind and the body, I firmly believe that making enough small changes, enough of the time, can lead to impactful and lasting transformations in one's life. My practical approach, combined with a deep sense of empathy and understanding, allows me to connect genuinely with clients, enabling me to support them effectively on their unique journey to wellness.

Now proudly recognized as National Board Certified, I realize I am here to be the unwavering support and trusted guide for those on their path to better health. I believe we are on this beautiful earth to support, share and collaborate with others so no one walks alone on their path to create a healthier, more fulfilling life that we all deserve.

Meg Czaszynski PT, DPT

Meg received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiological Science from the University of Maryland in 2005 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University (formerly UMDNJ) in 2008, graduating with an award for excellence in research.

Though Meg has always had a passion for working with the pediatric population, she began her career as an outpatient physical therapist working with teens and adults with a wide array of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. This clinical background provided her with a keen understanding of the human body and orthopedic injuries.  She has used this valuable knowledge base as a foundation throughout her career.  After 2 years, Meg chose to pursue her love of pediatrics in a position with Children’s Specialized Hospital.  For the balance of her 15+ year career, Meg’s devotion to  pediatrics has focused on treating infants/ toddlers and children in both outpatient and educational settings.  She has an extensive knowledge base from treating children with Torticollis, Plagiocephaly, developmental delays, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Cord injury, Sensory Processing Disorders, coordination and balance disorders and orthopedic injuries (and prevention!).

Through each of her experiences, Meg has learned from the children and clinicians around her, helping to make her a very diverse and well-rounded therapist. She utilizes both clinical expertise and continuing education course work in therapeutic handling techniques, functional electrical stimulation, orthopedics and sensory integration to provide patients with comprehensive care to help them reach their goals.  Meg focuses on improving strength, alignment and function in conjunction to utilizing a variety of manual therapy techniques.  Some of the manual therapy disciplines she utilizes during include: Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (with an emphasis on holistically releasing oral fascial ties (The Gillespie Approach)), Cranial Sacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Total Motion Release (Levels 1 and 2).  Meg believes that the healing process is very specific to the individual and therapy should be fun, empowering and healing.  Her positive attitude, creativity, purposeful use of play and innate desire to help babies and children to learn, grow and thrive make her an exceptional physical therapist.

When she is not with her patients, Meg enjoys spending time with her daughters, husband and dog.  She is a dedicated Yogi (and certified pediatric yoga instructor for children ages 2-7), beachcomber and a food lover.  She enjoys paddle boarding, riding her bike and traveling.  She believes every day is a beach day (no matter the weather) and loves to watch the sunrise, as it reaffirms her belief that each day is a new day filled with exciting opportunities to help children of all ages learn, grow, play, become stronger and achieve their goals.
